Join in the fun and sign up for whatever intrigues you. Try a new technique or sign up for more fun in your favorite mode.

19R270LB-P - Easy Linocut Registration with Tiles
September 27, 2019
Friday, 9am-4pm
Judy Sutcliffe

19R270LB-P - Easy Linocut Registration with Tiles

Looking for an easy method of registration for unmounted linocuts? Judy will show you how she hand-prints linocuts using floor tiles and carpet tape. It’s a surprisingly easy and accurate registration method for any size linocut but especially for smaller 4"x6" and 6"x8" sizes. Carve a quick 4”x6” linocut during class and proceed through the steps of working with this unusual and very handy process. You’ll take home a registration set up ready to go.

Level: Beginner and above

Student Supply List:
Bring a 4”x6” design to carve on linoleum provided in class. If you have woodcut/linocut carving tools (small V and U gouges), please bring them. Otherwise you can use some of Judy’s tools.

Tuition $110
Materials Fee $5
