19R222C - Knot Now ... Making Macrame!

19R222C - Knot Now ... Making Macrame!

Knot now … I’m making macramé!

So you want to learn how to macramé! Is it 1970? Or maybe you’re still asking yourself, “Is there any way I could learn to do this?” How hard could it be? The art of tying knots is easier than you think. Maybe you’ve taken a class and need a refresher on the basic knots, or maybe you are a total newbie. This workshop is just for you! With easy to follow, simple steps you can easily leave with several beautiful, affordable, finished projects and be able to add macramé to your list of skills. In this workshop we will practice the four basic knots: Square Knot, Half-knot Twist, Lark’s Head, and Half-hitch. Then we’ll use those knots to create plant hangers and wall hangings with a modern flair. Join us for some knot-tying fun!

Materials fee includes include cord, rings, dowels, and beads.

Level: Beginner and above
