June 8-9, 2019
Saturday-Sunday, 9am-4pm

19R159C - Make a Bent Willow Chair

19R159C - Make a Bent Willow Chair

Bring a bit of nature into your home with a bent willow chair. The willow masters will bring plenty of green willow and lead you through the process of making a rustic, bent willow chair using only hand tools. At the end of the workshop you will have a beautiful, handcrafted piece of furniture to take home. (Be sure you have room to carry it in your vehicle.) You’ll enjoy every minute of this two-day class as you learn about working with willow from one of the Midwest’s finest rustic furniture makers. This class is for everyone — no experience necessary.

Level: Novice and above

Student Supply List:
Please bring a 21" bow saw (small teeth) and small drill if you have one, pruners (large and small), utility knife, tape measure, hammer. If you’re sensitive to loud noises, bring along ear plugs, too.

Tuition $250
