Join us as we learn how to incorporate nourishing medicinal herbs into your daily cooking. We will explore and taste how herbal teas can become nutrient-dense bases for oatmeal, smoothies, and broths. We will discover how infused vinegars, such as shrubs, oxymels, and switchels, can create delicious non-alcoholic beverages. And you will go home with resources and tips, along with some samples of our creations from class.

Materials fee includes mason jars, honey, vinegar, and herbs.

Level: Novice and above
