Your climbing plants will thank you when you sign up for this bent willow trellis workshop! John will supply armloads of green willow and work with you as you create a sturdy trellis – using only hand tools. Lots of design and size options will work to make a natural item that will look totally at home in your garden. In only one day you’ll learn the basics of working with willow from one of Wisconsin’s best-known rustic furniture makers. Take these skills home and make more bent willow items on your own! This class is for everyone – no experience necessary.

Level: Novice and above

Student Supply List:
Please bring a 21" bow saw (small teeth) if you have one, pruners (large and small), utility knife, tape measure, hammer. If you’re sensitive to loud noises, bring along ear plugs, too.

Tuition $100
Materials Fee $30
