19R103J - Single-Stitch Bead Crochet Bracelets

Using the same stitch as yarn crocheting, students will learn how to make artwork-inspired bead crochet bracelets. During class students will learn how to crochet the stitch and incorporate beads, how to read bead crochet patterns and how to finish pieces. Technical aspects of the class include how to adjust your design for sizing, how to overcome mistakes such as missed stitches or incorrect bead stringing, how to add thread and beads, and thread and hook usage. Plan to complete your bracelet at home.

Materials fee includes all materials and students can choose from multiple designs. Included are all beads, crochet thread, crochet hook, magnetic clasp, bolo cord, locking stitch marker, bobbin, and tapestry needle.

Level: Beginner and above

Bead mat, scissors, (magnifier glasses if needed).
