Yes, you will take a lovely Ghirardelli chocolate bar and convert its slim cardboard casing into a very useful Traveler's Notebook, very similar to expensive leather ones made by Midori and Faux-Midori craftsmen. You'll carefully line the chocolate bar box, neatly trim edges, poke holes with an awl, apply strategically strung elastics and then make several different types of insert booklets, all of which can be added magically with the elastic band bindings. These include writing paper inserts, sketch pad inserts, compartments for tickets and stamps and so forth, and any other inserts you can dream up. These are great gifts. You’ll be able to make more than one in the time allotted. Plus, you get to eat the chocolate.

Level: Novice and above

Tuition $105
