If you are drawn to natural elements such as driftwood, bones, and pods, and are intrigued by the aliveness and character of their distinctive forms, you may wish to combine them into embodied, totemic figures. In this workshop you will create (non-realistic) three-dimensional “characters” using simple assemblage techniques. You will be inspired with a myriad of ideas and possibilities, and then brainstorm together to find ways to bring your figures to life. Each character will not only be unique, but will gift you with its own individual spirit.
