19R172E - Introduction to the Art of Silk Painting

Colors on silk are breathtaking. This is an exciting workshop in which you will have the opportunity to explore easy-to-apply design principles, color theory, and the special techniques for painting on silk. Painting florals is perfect for this art form. This class is taught in an open, relaxed manner and is geared for the beginner or the seasoned artist intrigued by exploring silk painting. I invite all who are interested to a delightful three-day workshop … it’s great fun, stimulating work, and a new and easy way to design fabric. Working and sharing with others is a joy. We will have completed three scarves by the end of the third day.
