Bring your own sterling silver scraps (or purchase from the instructor) and melt them to create unique design components. Using a crucible and a torch, plus some household materials, we will create several organic shapes. Students may create as many finished pieces as time allows, but concentration will be on mastering the technique and experimentation. Previous metal working experience recommended.

Materials fee includes
all consumable materials (except sterling silver scrap) plus the use of all required tools. Sterling silver scrap will be available for purchase (payable to instructor at class time).

Level: Intermediate and above

Student Supply List:
Students may bring their own sterling silver scrap, or purchase from the instructor. Optional items to bring if desired: apron, magnification.

Materials Fee $30
