19R201B - Welding Wild Yard Art
July 20-21, 2019
Saturday-Sunday, 9am-4pm

19R201B - Welding Wild Yard Art

19R201B - Welding Wild Yard Art

If you aren’t sure what this class is about, just Google “welded yard art” to visualize how you can let your imagination run wild for two days and create unique pieces of welded yard art. Bring your junk tools, wrenches, rakes, etc., – anything a magnet will stick to. You’ll learn how to cut, grind, heat, bend, and weld it all together to make a classic “critter.” Get an idea from Google Images (or your cousin’s backyard) and start scrounging now to collect what you will want to work with and bring to class with you. A limited amount of “junk” will be provided if needed. Re-rod for legs and feet will be available for purchase by the foot. No welding experience necessary.

Level: Novice and above

Student Supply List:
Please wear cotton clothing and leather shoes. Bring safety glasses if you have them.

Tuition $190
Materials Fee $5
